Full tear-off to the roof sheathing and a complete GAF roof system. Timberline HDZ is our preferred shingle, with other brands on request.

Norandex vinyl, insulated vinyl, James Hardie fiber cement, composite and cedar, installed over new house wrap and flashing on every wall.

The Company

Epic Exteriors LLC is a locally owned roofing and exterior contractor, run from an office on West Center Street in Southington. Roofing is the core of the business, and siding, gutters, windows and skylights are often done in the same project.

Every job starts with a free inspection. An Epic project manager runs it from tear-off to clean-up, and when the work is done the manufacturer warranty is registered in your name.

No. We replace and install. If your roof or siding still has years left in it, we will tell you.

Yes. We inspect the storm damage, photograph it and give you the documentation your insurer asks for. If water is getting in, we can tarp the roof to stop it until the replacement.

Yes. Monthly payment plans are available through a third-party lender. Ask about them at the estimate visit.
